Cleaning:
Cleaning crews are available for a fee. Specific details and fees available upon request.
Otherwise, if self cleaning: hall is to be left in same condition as it was rented. Grounds cleaned.
Tables and chairs wiped, cleaned and replaced to original setup.
Kitchen: clean all pots, pans & utensils and counters. Bar: straighten up, sweep & mop.
Restrooms: clean counters, toilets and mirrors, sweep mop, empty all trash cans.
Dance floor, entrance & eating area: All Floors are to be swept and mopped, tables cleaned and wiped off. Trash cans emptied and liners reinserted. Trash can liners are provided. Dumpster is outside.
If facility and grounds are not cleaned satisfactory, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Decorations:
If decorating, Weddings and large parties can obtain access on Wednesday. No staples , tacks, pins or nails allowed in ceiling or woodwork. Clamps to the ceiling grids are provided. Masking tape and 2 way tape are allowed.
Candles must be enclosed in a glass container to comply with fire and safety regulations
Rice, birdseed and confetti are not allowed in the hall facility. Outdoors only.

Tables & Chairs:
Tables and chairs are to be returned to their original configuration.
Two (2) round 8 foot tables are available.
Fifty (50) 8 foot long tables (sizes: 30″ x 8′ and 30″ x 30″)
Seven hundred (700) Folding chairs

Other services and amenities:
Dumpster
Keg beer can be obtained
Beer cups can be obtained
Ice machine is for use by the concession stand and can be obtained
Paper goods furnished for the restrooms only.
Trash liners furnished.
